Develop Oracle APEX 26.1 Apps with AI

The new beta brings Nexo AI Agent, Nexo skills, specialized MCP permissions, Oracle APEX 26.1 validation and AI development, and AI-assisted app editing directly into VS Code.

AI-assisted Oracle APEX 26.1 app editing

The main addition in this release is compatibility for developing Oracle APEX 26.1 applications with AI support. Nexo SQL Studio can validate APEX 26.1 output in the Problems tab, keep diagnostics beside SQL and PL/SQL issues, and help prepare app changes without leaving VS Code.

You can push applications right away through a button, or let the agent automate the same workflow when the authorized connection and permissions allow it.

Nexo AI Agent, skills, and specialized MCP

Nexo AI Agent uses Nexo skills for Oracle-focused tasks such as inspecting database context, validating code, editing objects, and preparing APEX work. The specialized MCP only connects to authorized connections, with separate read, write, delete, and compile permissions.
