Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Nexo SQL Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.
License
Nexo SQL Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. The extension is licensed, not sold.
- You may install the extension on machines you personally use.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or decompile it except where applicable law explicitly allows it.
Database Changes and Data Loss
Nexo SQL Studio is a development tool that can execute SQL and PL/SQL against Oracle databases. You are solely responsible for the statements you run, the databases you connect to, backups, approvals, and production safeguards.
Nexo SQL Studio accepts no liability for data loss, corruption, unintended schema changes, or operational impact caused by use of the extension.
AI and MCP-Assisted Workflows
AI-agent workflows are advisory and action-oriented only when you approve them. Review every generated statement, compile action, query, and data model before applying it to a database.

The extension is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexo SQL Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, business, data, revenue, or goodwill damages.
