Nexo SQL Studio privacy
Effective October 1, 2026.
What this helper does
Nexo SQL Studio searches and reads Nexo's public website content: documentation, product features, blog articles, release notes, tutorials, screenshots and videos. It does not connect to your Oracle database, read your VS Code workspace, or execute SQL.
Information sent to Nexo
ChatGPT sends the tool arguments needed for each request, such as your search terms, selected language, content type, result limit or public document identifier. Please do not include passwords, connection strings, private SQL, database records or other sensitive information in searches. The helper does not request your full conversation, email address, identity or payment information.
Storage and service operation
The helper does not create a user account, store search history, set tracking cookies or introduce analytics in its embedded interface. Requests are processed by the existing Nexo website hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security services may process operational information such as IP addresses, timestamps, request paths and error logs under the website's general privacy policy. No additional application-level query retention is implemented for this helper.
Media and external services
When you view images or open sources or videos, your browser contacts the corresponding media or website host. Those providers may receive ordinary network request information. ChatGPT processes your conversation according to OpenAI's terms and privacy policy; Nexo does not control OpenAI's processing. An app message is sent back to ChatGPT only when you explicitly select Ask ChatGPT about this.
Your choices and contact
You can stop using or disconnect the helper in ChatGPT. For privacy questions, information about operational data, or applicable data requests, contact support@nexosqlstudio.com. This notice supplements the general Nexo website privacy policy.
